Tooling/NC - Control Engineer
Description
Seeking an experience person to fill the position as Tooling/NC-Control Engineer
Responsibilities
- Responsible for creating optimized tool paths for maximum material yield and tool life to meet required finish for a rapidly growing manufacturing department.
- Will support other engineering activities such as Standard Operating Procedures, Process Documentation and assist in developing QA/QC standards.
Qualifications
- AAS degree or equivalent experience.
- Knowledge of NC machine shop practices, tooling, tool path generation and G-code required.
- Knowledge of MasterCam and AutoCAD preferred.
- Must be capable of creating and optimizing tool paths.
- Additional Required Skills: MS Outlook, Word, Excel
