Attend, one of four wall accessories in the Additions line from Takeform, is a fully customizable, patient-specific, changeable critical notification placard for mounting outside patient rooms.  Available in three models, Attend can be purchased as a stand-alone wall accessory or may be combined with Fusion, Takeform’s internal wayfinding system.

Positioned outside a patient’s room door, Attend calls clinicians’ attention to critical details such as medication safety, infection risks, fluid restrictions, and other care information of a vital nature.  In the past, with an absence of products available for this purpose, health care staff often had to resort to hand-written notes hastily marked on strips of first-aid tape literally stuck to the wall outside of a patient’s room.  Now, however, with Attend’s changeable message solutions, staff have the means to professionally, quickly, accurately communicate important medical information while protecting patient privacy in accordance with HIPPA rules.

As with each product in the Additions wall accessories line, Attend may be customized to harmonize with virtually an architecture and finishes within the facilities’ space and design.  Attend is available in three models:

1. Attend with slider:  Sliders reveal and conceal patient information printed on changeable paper inserts.
2. Attend with note pad: Accepts standard 5" x 8" paper tablets.
3. Attend with mark-able lens: A dry-erase lens over a custom printed insert allows staff to quickly mark pre-printed boxes applicable to a specific patient.
