The team needs a friendly, organized, and tech savvy individual to join their support staff. The ideal candidate should be experienced with the Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat. They must also be comfortable in a deadline-driven environment. We will provide on-the-job training; you provide a great attitude and a willingness to learn!
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Process estimates and orders
- Facilitate creation of deliverables via tasking system
- Assist Account Managers with project calls, huddles, and follow-up
- Prepare work orders for manufacturing
- Manage internal deadlines on project documents and product samples
