Who are we looking for?

Our Digital Marketing Manager must be a creative strategist familiar with the latest tools and tactics of demand generation through digital marketing. We're seeking an entrepreneurial-minded person that can help us engage more deeply with our core audiences and build greater awareness and preference for our brand.

Digital Marketing Manager's responsibilities include:

  • With a focus on demand generation, the Digital Marketing Manager collaborates with senior sales and marketing leaders to formulate a multi-channel digital marketing strategy, including social media, email, content, and online partnerships.
  • Develop strategies that nurture B2B prospects through a long sales cycle involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Executing the digital marketing strategy in collaboration with marketing, sales, and design teams
  • SEO/SEM strategy and execution.
  • Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing activities to senior sales and marketing leaders.
  • Staying current with emerging digital marketing technologies and opportunities. Provide regular thought leadership to senior sales and marketing leaders on benefits/risks/costs of adoption.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Minimum of five years working in a digital marketing role. Preferably in a B2B setting.
  • In-depth knowledge of, and demonstrable success with, major social media platforms and current best practices.
  • Knowledge of SEO/SEM strategy.
  • Strong analytical skills, and a proven track record in making data-driven decisions to continually optimize performance.

The hybrid model is the ideal for this position, however, for an exceptional candidate, full-remote will be considered.
