When FirstService Residential, a leading property management company with 18,000 associates and offices in the United States and Canada, set out to transform their existing office in Eatontown, NJ, they didn’t just want a functional upgrade – they wanted a space that would wow. They envisioned an environment that would energize employees, impress visiting clients, and bring their brand to life in every corner of the office.
We worked closely with FirstService to bring their vision to life by combining established brand standards with custom features to create a space that feels both cohesive and surprising. Having developed their environmental branding Playbook and collaborated on multiple locations, we approached this project with a clear understanding of how to reflect their identity throughout the space. Faux neon lettering, architectural slat walls, and full-coverage oomph acoustic panels helped transform a once-neutral office into a vibrant, branded environment. Even small moments, like the suspended lettering above the nap pod, became thoughtful expressions of the brand.

The reception area sets the tone with a bold logo on the slat wall and industry-inspired imagery on Moxie aluminum panels – branding that greets every visitor at first glance.
A playful wall installation supports a culture of connection and respect by using dimensional design to make shared values visible.
