Design-Driven Direction
To align the experience across One South’s diverse spaces, the client turned to Takeform to elevate the property’s signage strategy and execution. The goals were clear: unify wayfinding, refresh retail signage, and create a bold new look for the reimagined wellness facility. Every detail was crafted to reflect One South’s refined interiors - bringing clarity, cohesion, and a stronger sense of place to this multifaceted workplace.
Expertise in Action
Bringing One South’s signage vision to life required a deep bench of capabilities and creative problem-solving. Takeform conducted detailed site surveys to inform precise planning, engineered solutions to fit the building’s unique structural conditions, matched materials and finishes to complement the renovated interiors, and coordinated every phase through dedicated project management - ensuring a seamless experience across the 40-story tower and its diverse amenities.
Engineering the Unexpected
Throughout the project, unique challenges emerged from the building’s original 1970s construction, including the lack of existing documentation and the complexity of removing and installing large-scale exterior signage on a raised podium floor. Our team collaborated closely with Takeform and building engineers to adapt the designs to the structure’s constraints - ensuring every piece of signage enhanced the aesthetic and navigational clarity without compromising the building’s architectural character.
